- Payment information: processed securely through Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, or Flutterwave — we never store raw card numbers
- Communications: messages sent through our contact form or support ticket system
- Profile details: profile photo, address, and employment information for staff accounts
Information collected automatically:
- Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
- Device information: operating system, screen resolution, and browser version
- Usage patterns: features accessed, time spent, and actions performed within the app

We do not sell your data. Your business data — clients, invoices, transactions — is yours. We never sell, rent, or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

- AI Features: OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) — only anonymised query data is sent
- Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest — when you connect your accounts
- WhatsApp Business API: Meta's platform when you configure your own API credentials
When you connect third-party accounts, you are also subject to those platforms' own terms and privacy policies.
