By accessing or using Acois ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including administrators, staff members, and any person who accesses or uses the service in any capacity. By creating an account on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

To use Acois, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use of your account
• Ensure that each staff member you add uses their own individual login credentials

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, violate these terms, or are associated with suspicious activity.

Acois is offered under a subscription model with plans as displayed on our pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period (monthly or annual)
• 14-Day Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required
• Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, and Flutterwave
• Taxes: Subscription prices exclude applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) which may be added at checkout
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your paid period
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to registered account administrators

You agree to use Acois only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the platform to engage in any illegal activity, fraud, or to harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related systems
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any software designed to damage or disrupt the service
• Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk emails or spam
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform without our express written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform without prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

All intellectual property rights in Acois — including the software, design, logos, trademarks, and content — are owned by or licensed to us. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our intellectual property except as expressly stated.

Your data: You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into Acois (your clients, invoices, employees, etc.). By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

• You may export your data at any time using the export features built into the platform
• Upon account termination, you may request a data export before your account is deleted
• We do not claim ownership over any content or data you create within Acois

Your use of Acois is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Acois, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to upload any client or employee data to the platform
• Obtaining necessary consents from your clients and staff for data processing
• Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, PDPA, IT Act, etc.) in your jurisdiction
• Maintaining appropriate access controls for your staff within the platform

We aim to provide Acois with maximum uptime and reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts service (we will provide advance notice where possible)
• Experience unplanned downtime due to technical issues, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice to users

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acois and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your inability to access or use the platform
• Errors or inaccuracies in data generated by AI features (Acois Chat, AI email drafter, AI reports)
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data due to your failure to maintain account security

By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct
• Fail to pay subscription fees when due
• Pose a security risk to other users or the platform

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination, after which your data may be permanently deleted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date on this page
• Send an email notification to the registered administrator of each account
• Display a notice within the platform for at least 14 days

Your continued use of Acois after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and cancel your subscription.
